My recollection was that he was an exceptional receiver with great hands who ran exceptional routes. He had a couple huge games (Notre Dame) and then he got smoked going over the middle (Maybe against Florida???) and that was it. From that point I remember talking to my buddies about that being his downfall. Was never the same.
