If schools arent an issue you can get more for your money in the E.Feliciana area.
Central and Zachary are high $$$ per acre.As long as the schools perform it will probably stay that way.I

BR Metro is a big area.
Rule 1. It depends on the location. For example, combine a few lots together in Rouzan or Willow Grove, you're looking at 1MM+. So again, it's all about location.
