Looking at buying some land to build a house.

In Baton Rouge metro area, what would you consider to be a good deal price per acre?

Some guy in the OB forum said, "Everything in Central Zachary area seems like it's 150k for that. Outrageous... Watson Denham same thing."

If schools arent an issue you can get more for your money in the E.Feliciana area.
Central and Zachary are high $$$ per acre.As long as the schools perform it will probably stay that way.I

BR Metro is a big area.
Rule 1. It depends on the location. For example, combine a few lots together in Rouzan or Willow Grove, you're looking at 1MM+. So again, it's all about location.

Between $1,000 and $125,000 depending on location.
