I keep a pack of bottle rockets and a little piece of PVC pipe I use like a rocket launcher to shoot at people on my street when they do stuff like that.

I feel better that I'm not alone in being pissed about that. The fireworks are no fun for those of us who struggle to get the little ones to sleep.
