Do you have really vivid dreams?

Had one last night where the world was ending. The sky got really dark and a rip/tear (if you've ever seen the video for Here We Are Juggernaut, it looked like that, and the video is probably what caused the dream) opened up in the sky, and it got extremely dark. My house was different, but the road/surrounding area looked the same exactly the same as in real life. It seemed like weeks passed, and as they passed, the tear got bigger and bigger, and the area looked like a hurricane was passing through. Then all of a sudden, the tear closed up and everything was back to normal, except everything was still darkened and there were no people left. Am I demented because I thought it was an awesome dream and not a nightmare?

We had some hella thunderstorms here last night, and I was thinking the same thing for awhile.

Basically every night. I often dream of a post-apocalyptic world where I'm constantly on the run killing things. And I'm not scared either and love these dreams, since I am able to lucid dream and control my actions within them (not always though) and almost always die violently in them. I think most would classify my dreams as nightmares, with zombies, mad max gangs, nazi soldiers, cyberpunk technology, but it's pretty damn enjoyable for me.

yep. I had one where I was living in a small 50/60s-era house that was supposedly in Geismar near the river. I could see several chemical plants around me and nothing between myself and them but empty, open fields. The sky was overcast and then it turned stormy as lightening streaked across the sky. The rain began beating down and before long, water started flowing into one of the rooms of the house. I put my boots on and walked outside and a siren was going off. One of the plants was belching black smoke and a radiation warning was being blasted out of the loudspeakers as the workers panicked and ran from it as quickly as they could. I ran inside and my alarm clock went off, waking me up and ending the dream.

I'll have vivid and totally bizarre dreams after eating mushrooms. Really sucks for me because I enjoy the taste and texture of most mushroom varieties.

That happens to me too, but always have a good old fashioned katana to take care of it. Granted, I'm often eventually overwhelmed, but it happens in zombie dreams.

I have crazy sexual dreams once in a while (such as last night when I was nailing a young black chick) and used to have dreams where I could float/fly by kicking my legs. Lately Ive had dreams where I'm back in college and I forgot to register for my classes, or lost my schedule and forget where my classes are.
