Bull, you are just anti-tipping, I am sure you would have stiffed me after the power outages the other night as well saying it was my fault somehow.
Or when we ran out of ribs last Sunday night? You would have blamed that on me too.
I had an expo drop a plate of my guest's Chicken Fried Steak last week so they had to recook it again so it did not get ran with the rest of the table's food. You would have found a way to shaft me on that as well.
A guest wanted a new Margarita the other night and I told her that it would be a little longer for the refill since the bar had to make some new margarita mix because they had run out. But you would have found a way to shaft me because of that because it was my fault somehow.
Face it, you are anti-tipping
generally as long as you engage the customers regularly they will tip, it's when they are waiting and never see a server that they get upset.
And I get servers get tied down, but you never have more than 4 tables. (maybe 5) so you just have to compartmentalize duties.
Also be cool with what ever cooks can get things done quick. If a server needed something done a certain way and I was cool with them, I would oblige. If he was a prick I would say "I need a ticket, put it on the ticket" and he would have to type it all out and wait for a terminal.

I saw a photo yesterday that was exactly what I used to do to my kitchen.
It was a ticket that goes back to the kitchen and the kitchen comment said: "Forgot to ring in. On fly. I'm so sorry. I love you. Blow jobs for everyone"

My favorite memory of Warren Sapp was when he talked a bunch of trash before the NC game vs. Nebraska. But by the 4th quarter Tommie Frazier and the Nebraska RBs had run on him so much that he was exhausted with his hands on his hips trying to catch his breath and he had to be pulled out of the game.

Lol I would have sent out a sheet pan of them in a minute for that ticket.

Friend of mine waited on All Hail King Fail Jamarcus Russell right after he got drafted at ruffinos, was him and like 20 relatives, said the bill was north of 10k and King Fail came up to him afterwards, put a $10 in his shirt pocket and said "This is for you, thanks a lot, you did a great job"

$500/person at ruffinos?
maybe he meant $1k, $50/person

I hear that Deuce Mcallister and Sean Payton are great tippers, but most of the love I hear is for Thomas Morestead, apparently he is a great tipper and is out and about in the city a lot. Also the average server probably don't even know who he is.
But he is known to leave $100 tips on $100 bills.

Maybe they were drinking too. That purple drank is expensive.

I delivered a pizza to Deuce when I worked in a restaurant. He was definitely solid. A couple dollars above average.

what's missed in this is that in Florida the min wage is $8/hour, but the min wage for a tipped employee is $3/hour
if it were California where the min wage=min tip wage....then it's okay "not to tip" in a way......but in places where they make less than min wage you are obligated to pay for service.
she did take your order, she did bring it to your table...even if only giving you 5 mins of time, that's at least $0.66 that you owe her for giving you her time.

I looked that up, and it's true. $10 plus tips. Damn that's a lot better than the federal $2.13.

Boys don't tip?
So when people see Warren they can call him boy?
Hey boy, where is sherif Bradford?
