Celtic fans will gladly support Scotland against England. Keep in mind, Ranges fans view themselves as British, not necessarily English, so they'd probably also be capable of jumping on the cheer against England bandwagon.

But they don't support Scotland thats my point. Of course they would if the two played each other. But they support Ireland. While Rangers fans are split.

what NI players would be better than anyone in the english side?
Every now and again they could add a player.
Maybe they should just combine with Wales to get Bale and Ramsey.

Seamus Coleman is Irish, right? He's better than Glen Johnson.

Buddy of mine lives in Scotland now and he was telling me how much Scotland hates England. Apparently they have a vote coming up for independence from the UK also. Either way I don't see this idea being practical.
This. The Scottish will soon vote for Independence. I highly doubt that it fails.

We'd have to add Canada too. Get ready for some Dwayne De Rosario, Clint Dempsey, Chicharito triple attack.

He was born in Scotland so he would have been eligible for a UK team.
