Should be higher: Franklin, Shaw, Miles

Should be lower: Meyer, Spurrier, Stoops, Brile, Snyder

Shouldn't be on the list: Cutcliffe, Petrino

Accurately ranked: Saban, Dantoni, Richt

I don't get why some of you care about meaningless polls so much

Miles does not give a funk and neither do I, just keep winning and get results and what else matters?

That still makes no damn since even if the media was literally a bunch of idiots. Look at some of the names ahead of him outside of the top 4, and logically tell me why they should be over Miles? The media are people, like I am a person, we can both look at records, performance, and program up keep. I am just laughing at this point because I honestly don't understand it anymore.

This is a Saban loving poll. Who is Sabans top 2 or 3 rivals? Who gets to profit in recruiting if his top 2 or 3 rival coaches are looked at as bottom of the barrel coaches? Saban must think he needs constant security.

Any a-hole anywhere can make a list ranking whatever.

Check it out...

- Top 5 QB's ever

1- Doug Flutie
2- Tom Brady
3- Eric Whipple
4- Joe Montana
5- Jamarcus Russell

Make shite list, jimmies rustle = Profit!

Not saying we should have won but the way it looked was just ridiculous and then top that with the Clock it game at Ole Miss, the T-Bob Hebert saving our butts in the Tenn game and then include the games where we tend to play down to our opponents

Saban should have dropped just for his not trying to beat Auburn in OT instead of begging for more time on the clock to try a 55yd FG. And I am sure you can find a game that Saban screwed up in. I'll go with him being number 1 because he won 3 NC's at Bama. But he could have sat home on one of them if not because of the love by those who helped him.

Everytime I see a 1 next to sabans name it reminds me of that 1 sec and I laugh at him. Great coaching, lulz.

Od put him over Kelly at 8 on that list. 17 is a joke.

Miles is no lower than No.5, if that. An argument can possibly be made for Top 3 even.
Considering the criteria, I am surprised he is in the top 20. Reading is fundamental.

17th is a bit low.

i'd say 15th is a better more accurate spot for miles

LSU is #2 in most wins since 2003 (Boise State #1)...so in a decade with Miles as our coach for 9 seasons we are #2 in most wins in arguably the toughest division in College football. (during Bama's run)

He has won the National Title 1 time, played in BCS title game twice...played in the SEC title game 4 times in 9 years, won it 3 times!

That's way better than 17th

Most of the coaches on that list have a losing record against the Hat.
