Meh, at least they have us in the supers.
You just have to wonder how things would have gone if we had closed out UH - I like our chances taking 2/3 from Tejas, we win with Nola and then they'd have to beat both Poche and Bouman.
As long as we stayed in the winners bracket in Omaha I think we would have been the favorites. The way our pitching was (elite top end, not much depth) and with our hitters on, we were nearly unstoppable with our top 3 starters and Broussard, but had absolutely no margin for error due to the drop off after Bouman.

Yeah, it was a mental thing with Cartwright against Houston, after guaranteeing a win and everything. Hope he's learned his lesson. 
In a Super Regional, we never would've had to play that game. Win game 1 with Nola, then win another with either Poche or Bouman. Just didn't have enough pitching depth to go 4 games in one weekend.

You do realize BA correctly picked 2 of 8 last year. Parity is alive in college baseball.

There was a lot of parity this year in college baseball but let's not pretend that Alabama has any place in CWS.

Ole Miss loses a ton of offense and Chris Ellis who was their Friday guy. They're still going to be a top #3 team in the west though.
