Psch 2000 was easy, and the experiments were interesting to participate in.

Easy. I had fun in that class. At first it sucked bc we were required to attend these plays on campus at night on a random weekday. Turns out some of these things were really cool to go to.

History of Jazz.
One of the best classes I took and one of the coolest instructors at LSU.
If you are down for putting in about 8-10 hours of studying (this includes listening to some great music) over the course of the entire semester you will get an easy A.

Drawing the human body, every art department has such a course.
The models are usually female graduate art students fully comfortable with posing completely nude. Need I say more?

EDCI 1001. If you don't get a 99 or higher, you need to go back to first grade.

Not LSU, but bowling and hiking were both chill.

theater was ok. I meet a really hot girl in my project group and I made pledges go to the plays for me. I took it my sophmore year

My edci 1001 class had a final, midterm, and a 4 page paper. Still easy as hell. Taught by Dr.Kelly , one of the few teachers I've really enjoyed at LSU.

CLST 2090 with Warga,
Socl 2001 (and almost any sociology after that is easy too)
And yeah, the first Chinese class is not too bad, especially if you take it with Pengyi Huang.

Beginning golf and then double up and take golf for business and life. Same course essentially.
Still wish I would have taken that food science course where you taste test dairy food.
Lastly, not an entry level elective but my final year a buddy convinced me to take a Poli Sci course called freedom with Dustin Howes with him. I did it pass/fail because I didn't want to trash my GPA and I didn't need the course. I did well enough for an A anyway, but the course was fun/enlightening. Cool dude.
