I just ordered this one because it looks pretty wicked. And it was only $18



Anybody else dump the birdcage for something cool?

It's 5.56 and engineered for full auto without much rise.

You really don't need a muzzle break unless you're using 7.62 Nato or something similar.

Stick to the birdcage.

I have a Rock River Arms break on my ACR. It actually works very well. Recoil was already soft but is now even softer. Love it.



My cousin has a Miculek compensator on his M400. It has about the most muzzle blast of any comp I've ever shot, but the recoil reduction is one of the best.



And the Colt AR that I used at Tactical Response in Tennessee had a PWS break. It is the same one that comes on a factory SCAR 16S.
