As much as I hate them, I really hope Frankie and Christine win the HOH/POV during tomorrow night's DE. The drama will be worth putting up with those 2 for another week. Plus, watching Victoria finally leave and how Derrick spins it will be entertaining.

I really felt like this cast had potential starting off.
Being so scared to make moves makes the show boring as hell. All the good seasons have conflict and flips and blindsides and backdoors even hinky votes.
Its like once they realize they are on the jury and don't have to return to real life for the rest of the summer, they are good with that and mail it in.

I've been watching for years, but I've slowly come to the realization that I hate that this is more of a game rather than a social experiment.
BBAU starts back on September 9. I'm hella looking forward to that one, because it's a totally different show.

I was sitting there saying how the hell does Frankie not go home?!? Then "you are as good of a player as Dan" happens. As soon as she said it I knew it. The level that this cast can be manipulated by Derrick is unreal. He literally convinced them to vote Frankie out, then came in after Nicole's talk and convinced them to vote her out. And I'll be damned if they all didn't think it was their idea in the first place. His game is extremely solid and the cast being absolute r tards makes him look even better. Think he may have over thought this one though. If Frankie wins HOH he's taking first shot.

Good idea. You're probably right about it being back by Sunday but this happens from time to time anyway so it would be good to have them.

Derrick is to the rest of the house as a wolf among sheep.
Whether you hate him or think he is slim or whatever you have to admit, He is by far the most deserving player to win this year and if he doesn’t it will be a travesty. Not being on the block one fricking time…now that’s impressive.

I love Derrick. Dude is a puppet master. And he acts how people want him to. That's not how he acts is real life I'm sure.

I don;t like Derrick because he's a cop and his gameplay has made this season incredibly boring and predictable. I respect his gameplay, but I don't like him. At least Dan and Dr. Will made things interesting and entertaining.
The only other person left in the house that deserves to win is Frankie, and I dislike him more than Derrick.

The more I watch, the more this show pisses me off. I know people say this EVERY WEEK, but honestly when Utopia comes on I think I might just keep up with the show through this thread. My biggest beef isn't with the cast, or the gameplay, or any number of other worthy reasons. It's like someone said earlier in the thread..it's more of an entertainment show now than it is a social experiment. The reason I was drawn to BB (and now utopia) is the fascination of watching complete strangers devise strategies and schemes to work together, while also plotting how to advance.
Big Brother is now more about ratings and trying to get America to like the cast. Most of the shite they say in the diary room is so scripted it's cringeworthy. One example that stands out- they had Victoria in there talking about how she was SOOOOO confident she'd win the veto. Oh I wonder what's next? She loses a few seconds later. Now we're back in teh diary room and she's pulling some coyote/roadrunner homage hiding behind the chair with a frickin sign? Frick you big brother. Frick you CBS. You suck.
