Are you stupid? Tulane pays way more and has much better facilities. He can recruit nationally at Tulane. At SHSU he was pretty much only recruiting Texas and he wasn't getting the guys who Texas, Rice, TCU etc. wanted. Really just an all around dumb question.

You're right I did, I apologize. Just seemed like a silly question, why do most college coaches leave? Better pay and it's a step up in terms of conference and just a better job.
