If I cramped I'd believe my body failed me too, I don't see how he could take responsibility for a random cramp.

Here is what will happen in Games 2/3, these are the two storylines the NBA wants
Spurs will win Game 2, it will be closer but Spurs will win. LeBron will have another average game and get more criticism. The storyline will be "LeBron is playing bad and Heat in 2-0 hole"
But then in Game 3 LeBron is going to go bananas with an all timer of a performance to show up all the criticism and hate, he will have had enough, and draw the line, and go off. The storyline will shift to "LeBron single handedly digs his team out of a 2-1 hole after saying he has had enough, puts the team on his back and puts Heat back in the series" it will be one of those games that define his legacy.

Your body tells you before a cramp, its not working right. I mean he did show fatigue and cramping before the last one, he decided to go full throttle and drive to the lane to score 2.
People know their body's limits, injuries happen because you don't listen to it (most of the time).
