Schledge wireless door locks.

Don't know where you are but Solar/ Wind power generation would be up on my list of amenities to add.

Bosch everything. Gas range, electric stove. Again, looking for suggestions.

I won't knock the Bosch because I have no experience with it. But I can say we love the Fisher & Paykel appliances we put in our kitchen. Will buy again if the need ever arises.

Gotta nail a catchers mitt above it though.
So when you are drunk you can just lean forward and rest your head in the soft mitt and pee without worrying about pissing yourself.

Have multiple ethernet drops in every room for streaming purposes. Don't rely on wireless for media-rich content. You'll probably also want 2 - 3 wireless access points for good coverage throughout the house. Ubiquiti Unifi like a boss.

Outsode natural gas tap. Finishing up building my house this week and i had one installed. Its :pimp

Eta: i bought fisher and paykel washer and dryer today. Had them in other house and have no complaints.

Also, I suggest getting a range with the knobs to the front so you can have a true 36 inch range for cooking.

Ice maker and stovetop for outdoor kitchen. Maybe a mini fridge as well or mini instead of ice maker.

Do put speakers in the ceiling for listening to music. We do not use ours as surround sound.

Wine fridge inside

If you use your garage for working on stuff, make sure you have outlets everywhere and on the ceiling. I'd also have water and sir lines in the garage, as well as a 220v outlet

This.

Especially if you like power tools (welder etc).

Not sure of your backyard setup, but might want to consider running some electricity out there as well. I'm about to run some soon so I can have spotlights on some trees and accent lighting. Would have been nice to have it done during the landscaping phase.
