I got mine back the other day too. Not as big as yours, but this mother fricker was smart. I wouldn't have mounted him, but I made the rule if you kill a buck, excludes cull bucks, you have to mount him in some fashion and it has to remain on display at the camp for a year.

awesome, thanks for answering questions.. that is an absolute stud.. how long have yall had him on camera and how many times passed on him

i have nothing against high fence, as long as it isnt a "canned hunt". 600 acres is plenty for a high fenc and so few people hunting it. I wish i was able to do something like that

I have had my eye on him for a few years, he was a mainframe 10 the last 2 years and this year went to an 8 so I decided to take him. At 3.5 he would come to the rattling horns like clockwork, and we would always see him

At 4.5 he got a little more elusive but still had some gamecam shots of him







We didn't get a single pic of him this past offseason, the first time anyone saw him was the morning I shot him.

curious...you say you have watched him for a few years...does the drop tine come back year after year?....

The first year he had it was last year, but it was only about 1.5-2". The protein really helps with non typical points from what I have noticed.
