I'm assuming that if you pay for a particular location, that fee doesn't give you access to the other locations?
I researched it awhile back and they have a package where you can access all 3. But it's extra
In this area, $130 per month for unlimited visits is on the low end. $200 is around the higher end for places like Crossfit Nola

"How do you know someone does crossfit?"
"Because they've already told you a hundred times"
Never gets old to me.

Gotcha. There are two boxes in my area, one is right down the road. It's right next door to some MMA training workout place. I've thought about it.

my wife has been doing cross fit for a year now. It can serve people purposes. There could also be some down falls that people need to be smart on. The atmosphere and comradary is usually healthy for motivation.

How are her results?
They've been good. She's lost some lbs and toned down quite a bit. Women can be a slower work in progress than men but she's done well and has been happy with the results. Part of it has been her being able to be better motivated to diet correctly etc which you can do anywhere obviously but you know, whatever works for someone... fine. Bunch of muscle punked swolt guys though.... whatever, we've made a lot of friends through it so i'm okay with it.

Thanks for your input.
Thank you for your curiosity. Do you want me to tell you about my perfect pushup routine? It's hard, i've yet to get through the first 2 weeks.

Good friend of mine owns Crossfit Roux near Causeway. Great guy, they seem to be more close knit than the bigger clubs.

I heard Crossfit Full Bore in Metairie is pretty good from one of my friends.
