its the perfect pushup, and you do their routine. you do a max and do your sets and reps based off that max. It gets hard. you work your chest, tris, and something else really well. You mix this in with some pull ups and cardio, you'll be ready for crossfit 101 in like 4 weeks.

and do yourself a spray tan before crossfit, dudes like to throw their shirts to the wall when its go time yo.
