it depends on how people score it, you will see .1 and .33 all the time and it means the exact same thing.

there are 3 outs in an inning so if a pitcher throws an incomplete inning you will either see .1 .2 or .33. 66. or 1/3 2/3

you either say 5.2 innings or you say 5 2/3, you dont say 5.67
