Inner City pastors are out of synch with at least half of their "flock" when it comes to gay rights. Also, black people aren't single issue voters like the Christian Right. I am sure that they are better off under Obama than Romney or McCain.

They're worse than single issue voters, they vote the party line regardless of the stances democrat politicians take on any issue.

Also, what single issue do you think the Christian right votes on?

Black people on the whole are zero issue voters, they vote democrat no matter what.

LOL. That's almost certainly correct. They are SINGLE PARTY voters.

And, give them a black candidate against a white candidate and they're pretty damned single race voters too!

Hell. I'd almost consider "single issue" superior to either of those and that's saying something considering the disdain I have for single issue voters

Prop 8 happened in 2008 because more black people than usual went to the polls to vote for Obama. But they as a whole voted against gay marriage. The black voter block of the left is an interesting dynamic. Dems won't lose any voters.. But that block of the base can make it tough when it comes to gay rights.
