Go to CVS or Walgreen's and get some compression socks. You will be amazed how they help your legs and feet. Mainly for long flights....like my 31 hour Australian flight

The one thing? My Westone UM1's with Shure black olive tips. Much more comfortable on a long haul than my Bose QC2's and they are so flush with your ear you can sleep on your side withing feeling like you are sleeping with a midget jabbing his finger in your ear.
My preference on long flights is to download continuous TV series. I can burn through 13-14 episodes of something flying to India and it sure makes the flight go by much faster.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this ashtray... And this paddle game. - The ashtray and the paddle game and that's all I need... And this remote control.

Headphones, gum, music, bottle of water, and some sort of snack- pretzels or something like that.
That sets me up pretty well on my 9+ hour SAS flights.

Flying dehydrates you big time. That is why I drink a lot of water, have chapstick and lotion handy.
And I never drink on a flight. Makes my face look horrible by the time I land. Flying plus alcohol will make you look like crap.

If I'm flying anything over 8 hours non-stop I'm flying business class or I'm not flying, period.

I don't understand how people are able to sleep sitting up without a place to rest their head.
The only times I've been able to do it are when I take a boatload of Xanax or am ridiculously hungover and running on about an hour of sleep.
Otherwise I sit there annoyed at everyone around me and wish I was in a car.

It's easy to not wish you were in a car while over the Pacific Ocean.

Pretty standard in international business class from my experience. I can't wait to fly Korean AIr or something like that and get my own little room.
Where you at this week Bacon? I get to spend Memorial Day in beautiful Colombia, leaving Tuesday. I think I may shoot myself in the face.

I only fly to one destination typically... I do have a 12 segment week coming up in June though
