LBJ will never get the respect he deserves from his peers and older players because of his unwillingness to build a team around him and stay with one franchise. Hopping around wherever the talent goes makes him seem like a pompous pos to many bball fans.
Haha you're an idiot

Even after the finals last year, I still like Lebron James. He's the best

Truth. I joined this site during the peak of the lebron hate days
I can imagine you as a lurker reading all the decision threads being like
"These fricking idiots! I must create a username to knight for Lebron!"

this thread is proof of why ODB is not OBJ, he's ODB

A lot of people dislike LeBron because of Michael Jordan.
LeBron is a threat to Jordan's crown as the "greatest ever", and so they have to hate on LeBron.

its funny how the most terrible thing he has done is the decision and people hate him because of that
he has never been arrested
never been connected to drugs
never been connected to gangs
never been investigated for rape
never murdered anyone
never had a dui
never been in a fight even
seems like a great role model to me.. but yet he is hated by many while other trash is out there getting arrested, tied to gangs, failing drug test, and raping women are celebrated... funny world we live in.

barkley wouldn't have survived in the Social Media age....
LeBron is well liked, its the fact that you have internet trolls and Social media people blowing up small things he does that isnt perfect.
it is amazing to see how much he has been able to accomplish during this time

I agree that they definitely don't help the situation.

I just like how Lebron bricked two threes in a row with his team down late in Game 6 last year, only to have his teammates collect two offensive rebounds. One they dished back to him where he made his second attempt, the other Ray Allen bailed him out.

People using the fanboy angle must hate the "fanboys" of any well known athlete...or do they just want to hate certain "fanboys" so it coincides with whatever laughable argument they have to make about fanboys of said athlete.

I'm not entirely sure what a "fanboy" is.

I'm pretty sure most people like LeBron. Just a lot of people hate the Heat.
Like me.

Yeah, and the Spurs had the chance to win Game 7. They decided to let LeBron shoot, and he burned them worse than a Thai hooker.
