Depending on your use for it this is the least important part
Might wanna get some treated plywood to put a floor in it.
My dad got a pretty cheap roll of LED light strip for our surface drive we got recently, didn't install yet but gonna put them in the channels on the inside along each side the hull. You can cut the strip every 3 leds or something like that. Gonna use it to be able to light the floor (mostly for frogging and bowfishing, or early morning hunting when getting shite out the boat in the dark)
If you're running in the dark a lot spotlight on the bow might be beneficial.
Also might want a grab bar for when you're driving the thing.
None of these are necessary just ideas to consider if you're looking to play around with it.
Nice boat man

-get the LED trailer lights, they last several times as long as the old incandescent bulbs
-check the tires, get a spare and check it too
-consider replacing the hubs
-definitely get bearing buddies
-grease the bearing buddies
-inspect all the bolts on the trailer for wear/rust
-run the boat this summer a bit in some skinny water to get a feel for how much you draft and what you can get through.

Gotta replace the plywood in ours. Getting a new piece, using old one as a template, then marine epoxy the shite out of it to seal it. Then likely putting hydroturf on top. Might hydroturf the deck too.

This. Didn't do it on one of our boats, and now after probably 30+ bulbs in a few years we're probably just gonna go LED now anyway.

LED is the ONLY way to go on trailer lights.

Better install a hand rail just in front were you will stand. That is a must before you get thrown out the boat.
Spot lights on the front deck. Wire the switch at the grab rail along with your running lights.

get a big 30" LED light bar for the front. A Rigid is $500, but an eBay chinese one is $100.
