It's May, dawg.
My top 5 targets for Leeds this summer...
1. Lewis Grabban
2. Daniel Bentley
3. Byron Webster
4. Sebastian Eriksson
5. Kieran Agard
Honorable Mention- shite-ton of obscure Italian players on loan.
Also, been linked to the next Kaka

Rumored Swansea targets:
Valenciennes forward Mathieu Dossevi
Bolton MF Mark Davies
Pardew interested in Shelvey. Bye.
Hopefully make the loans of DeGuzman and Emnes permanent

I'm interested in seeing how City and PSG respond to UEFA on FFP. Will they each sell a couple of top players or will they double down and cook the books even more. I'm hoping it's the latter because otherwise it will just mean the traditional clubs get even stronger. FFP is such bullshite.

I think you mean the former.

I'll take Aguero, Silva, and Lavezzi please.

More likely City will sell Dzeko, Lescott, Sinclair, and Lescott. I could see PSG parting with Lavezzi though.

Sinclair
I think I've played more minutes than him since his move from Swansea

I fully admit I only saw them play twice this year but he was a huge handful against us in the CL. How has he looked aside from that?

Lavezzi is a hard worker and can create chances for others... He can play anywhere in a front 3, but is best on the wings or as a second striker... biggest knock is he doesn't really score many goals for a forward... Probably averages ~ 6-7 a year for his career...

You only say that b/c you like PSG or that Oil money would come to the toon

Wrong. Even if some angel investor bought NUFC, they couldn't build the club up anyway because of these big club protectionist rules. A salary cap would one thing but to have different spending limits for different clubs is absurd and kills competition.

RM will buy all the players at 10x their value.

I see your edit. Do you really think its a good thing to tell 75% of the top flight that we're going to institute these rules that will ensure you never win the league title?

Thats not what FFP is
We don't even know if it can be called a joke until we see real punishments.

With the stadium Newcastle has they would be able to spend more. It makes perfect sense if you bring in revenue then spend it.

Its not good for leagues to have teams spend themselves into administration
FFP also makes youth academies more important which is a good thing.

Costa to Chelsea is done
And Hazard obviously is leaving, Jose quotes today pretty much assure that.

Chelsea should have sold Hazard to United and kept Mata. Would have worked out better for both parties.

The threat of having your club taken away from you should be enough punishment to keep that from happening. And besides, if that's the worry you should be able to figure out a way to do it without building even more of an advantage for the biggest clubs

Jose likes to pick his targets, no one ever knows why, but one day, he targets in on a guy and that guy becomes the villain, he takes a dump on him, talks him up, while not even giving him a spot on the bench.
I guess we see that in every sport, one gets in the dog house, but with Jose, it seems they get in, with out ever knowing why.
