That went for Obama.
A guy like Rand could swing some states that usually aren't in play for the GOP. I see Oregon, Co, Washington, Wisconsin, Iowa, New Hampshire as states he would be popular in, plus the typical red states. He may not would even need Florida.
2016 could be one of those elections where the electoral college drastically changes due to both parties sucking arse as of recent.
