Greece eating recs?

Headed to Greece & Turkey and need recs on where to eat in Athens, Tourlos on the island of Mykanos, & Perissa on the island of Santorini as well as Istanbul. Noted a couple of places on tripadvisor but I respect the FDB's opinion over TA. Cheers!

I are at a good place in athens in the Psyrra neighborhood. They owned a vineyard and made their own wine. That neighborhood has lots of taverns to eat in. Consult tripadvisor as well

Everything on santorini is great, but there is fish place on the water that is beyond amazing called Galinis

As far as istanbul goes, you should try a few things: turkish coffee, kebabs, turkish pizza, and simit, which is like a bagel you buy from the street carts. Also, eat a fish sandwich at one of the numerous restaurants under the Galeta bridge.
