Looks like a good list to me. Now, if a woman can bring the following to the table I will easily live up to that list:

The entire notion of the friend zone is annoying. Why, as a guy, would you want to pretend to be friends with someone to hopefully, one day, get some some because you earned enough friend points or whatever? If a chick doesn't want a relationship, and you can't see yourself just being friends, just stop talking to her... it's not a big deal.
