No Consequences/Time Traveling Hypothetical

Let's say you were granted the power to jump back in time immediately after a frick up. For example, you are texting and driving because in this scenario you're a tPOS. You run a red light and get in a wreck. You simply rewind and stop at the red light.
So theoretically, you can do whatever you want with no consequences. You want to punch your boss in face, then rewind and smile and nod? Go for it. You want to rob a bank just to see what it's like? No problem. You want to bang that fat chick but don't want your friends to find out? I won't judge. The only catch is when you are granted this power you are told that at some point, one of your actions will be permanent and the ability is gone forever. It could be after the first time you use it or 20 years from now but one day, you will do something with the intention to rewind and you will be stuck facing the consequences. Who would accept?
Edit: You have to do an action with negative consequences in order to use the rewind.

Does that mean that the power is gone completely? If so, just use the power the next time and rewind to before the time when you couldn't rewind.

I would.
1. wait until the powerball got up to about $550M
2. see the numbers on the drawing
3. rewind ten minutes buy a ticket with those numbers
4. ???
5. PRofit
6. never need to use it again

Once it's gone, it's gone forever.

Sounds great, as long as you use the power for good. That way you never get "stuck" when the ability expires.

See the edit. I left a loop hole in my original hypothetical.

Loophole still open.

Not bad, but how many times would you have to do that to actually win? It's still risky since you could get stuck hungover minus 10k.

You could do that, then randomly punch a guy in the face. That way you're going back to not punch the guy and also getting the numbers. So you're erasing a bad thing.
