Everybody keeps talking about how pitching doesn't matter because of the level we're playing on...but idk if that's the case. They've really dumbed down the stats this year. Looking at the top 9 players from each position, there will be several, 3-5 probably, 70's rated players on a team. If someone has 2 pitchers that are high 80's or possibly a low 90, they will win out on a 76 rated player most the time.

exactly what i'm thinking. everyone is thinking about last year's game where there were like 15 guys rated 99. they've gotten a lot more strict on the ratings.

I just looked, there are like 9 catchers rated 80 or above, same with 2nd basemen. I have a feeling there will be some upper 60's players getting PT

There's two players I really have in mind. One of them I'm sure I can get pretty late. The other I know is at least out of the first round. Maybe like a 5th round guy.
