Do any of y'all have one? Who should I use? How easy are they to set up?

Why don't you call a bank in the Caymans?

Be prepared to have the IRS knocking at your door after they discover your offshore accounts and fudged up tax return info

I'm worth 3 and a half million, that the government knows about, what do you think?

If you are asking here you don't need it.
You should travel there and discuss with a bank directly.

If you actually needed one, you'd be asking this question to "your people", not the OT.

I would guess that some of the brokers that left the Stanford Group could probably hook you up with a Cayman Bank account.

IF, I I say IF with all the suspicion in the world, you happen to have a need for this, you should speak with an attorney specializing with this and who has knowledge of what information would be shared with what countries....If it happens to be a country that will open their books to the IRS, then what would be the need to go to outside banks...unless of course they don't share the info under any circumstances with the US.
Personally, if it is a "safe" country, I see no issues with having money outside of the US banking system...It's a smart move if protecting money against a US economy collapse is your long term goal.

Schedule an appointment with the bank and fly there.

Panama is/was a good place for banking too. The US government has been pressuring the hell out of them about it though, so not sure if they caved yet or not.

I met a guy when the cruise ship docked at the island. He took my money to a bank that he said the bank would pay 12% interest. he said I could call him when I needed a withdrawal. You should look into it.
