That is the main thing I don't quite understand. Why no beans? I thought for sure that green beans had to be healthy.
Kind of strange about no milk.
Other than those examples, the "diet" at its basic level seems great.
Not sure why so many tards always have to chime in with moronic responses everytime this subject comes up.

And potatoes are a super food. Low calorie, low fat, high in vitamins.
