Anyone have any experience with Huntfield Kennels in Union Church MS? Thinking about getting a fox red lab from them. Wondering if y'all have any feedback.

I know them personally, I know nothing about the dogs though. A buddy of mine has one that has shown some signs of being a nice trail dog for a young dog.

Guy I work with has bought two from them, both from genny and champ. Said both are awesome (great family/inside dogs, as well as field dogs).

Next dog I get will be one from them to keep my crazy Weim company.

Not trying to sway you, but have you checked out Wildrose?

My parents fox red from Wildrose, she is about 10 years old now.

I have a 4 year old female from Huntfield. She is a great dog and a hunting machine. They have really good bloodlines but some do have show champion mixed in further back. It does not seem to affect their drive at all. Wildrose kennels has better bloodlines but you will pay alot more for them and wait alot longer.

The Huntfield puppies from Sam and Glory should be great dogs. Same Sire but different Dam than mine. The Dam has the same grandparents as mine does though.

I lied about OK. They're in Tennessee.

Either way, the guy's name is Robert Millner and his place is called Duckhill Kennels.

My buddy said they've kind of taken off since he bought his dog, so they might be a little more pricy now. Those dogs are from a litter from a stud named Boomer.

Bought one from them about 5 years ago that we recently lost. Great family dog and excellent retriever! I would love to have another just hard to unload 1k on it! You won't be disappointed in their pups!

Downsouthdave, Did you ever get a puppy out of the Ginger x Tide breeding? I was interested in the look of the parents but also want sufficient hunting skills and drive. Needing input. Thanks,
