I figure when I HAVE to start getting the ole prostate checked....I'm old. But I have to say, knowing that I can't eat red sauce after 8 or if I stay up till one am kickin' it I WILL pay for it the next day makes me begin to think that way.
And I'm 39....
And I'm 39....

At 30 you'll start seeing a fair amount of friends with receding hair lines, touches of gray, mobility starts to decline, aches and pains start to show up ect
The blue pill, hair dye, plastic surgery, Bosley generation is full of garbage.
You and your friends should join a gym and quit being lazy pieces of shite

It's all about perspective.
I am 32 and still think of myself as young.
I enjoyed being young, naive, and care free as a teenager. I really enjoyed my mid to late 20's traveling and spending disposable income like it was on fire, but all of those days ran their course. I don't feel the need to hang on to them or try and continually recreate that time in my life.
If you're content with where you are in life/age, you will never be "old", but rather right where you are suppose to be.
PERFECT

For me it will begin when I can no longer run a mile under 7 minutes, deadlift my body weight, hit a golf ball 300 yds, and dunk a 10 ft goal with two hands off a vertical. I'm 36 now and did all those things this week.

50 is the new middle age for men.
If it wasn't for my ticker, I would been still young and I will be 56 this month. I always took care of myself and was very active person. Not so now.

I'm 53.
I don't think it has started yet. The great thing about it though is I am already at an age where I don't give a shite what younger people think about it. When you are older you are supposed to not give a shite, didn't think it could happen to me but it really does kick in. The only thing that bothers me a little is to think something like "Well 25 years ago (when I was 28) doesn't seem like that long ago so 25 years from now (when I will be 78 if I am still around) isn't that long from now either.

UM???
I'm 6'5 FWIW and still play Bball often. So the dunking thing isn't that hard for someone with my height and who works out regularly. I only weigh 230 lbs so the deadlift is pretty meh. I know 45yr old men who can run a mile under 7 mins, and I'm not going to even get in to the golf thing.
What's so hard to believe about the things I mentioned?
