I think 99% of people don't push themselves enough for exercise to help more than diet

Slowly been cutting back on bad food. I eat mostly meats, vegetables and nuts now. No alcohol, no soda, no candy and such.

Occasionally I'll eat a burger, wings or pizza one maybe two nights a week.
