I've given up the daily coffee habit. I'll maybe have some twice a week. Now if I need some caffeine I go with this:

For folks like me that drink coffee pretty much all day long (until about 8:00 pm, when I switch to gin/tonic or martinis), a caffeine withdrawal headache is almost unbearable.

Yeah...Excedrin with caffeine helps..but it's not enough to kill it completely...just dulls the edge.

5 days now without a soft drink. Since Sunday, I've had a glass of skin milk and one beer last night.

I am sleeping better, feel better, and feel the difference in my clothes.

I did the soft drink purge in like 7th grade for sports so aside from the occasional drink now, it's pretty easy to stay away from them.

For those that are trying to cut out soft drinks, you might try buying the mini cokes that are 6-8 oz instead if 12. That way, you get the gratification from finishing a can, but not as much caffeine/sugar, etc.

I commend you for not drinking any caffeine. I gave up soft drinks a while ago (i'll drink 1 every few months) but I can't do without coffee in the morning. It's not so much that i'm dependent on it to get going but I enjoy it too much.

Same here. Although I never drink anything else with caffeine.

I believe it is still bring made but there was a recall in 2012.

I'm also glad different people have found success with and without caffeine, sugar, etc., which confirms what someone said earlier about moderation. Except for STDs, meth, etc.

I drink 2-4 cups of coffee a day. It's healthy for you. Don't know why people think coffee is so unhealthy.

There is about 30mg of caffeine in in a can of coke. This has almost no affect on a grown man. It's less than half a cup of coffee. So, two cokes doesn't even make up a cup of coffee in caffeine

There is 38-42g of processed sugar in a coke. This is more than you should consume in day. Drinking two is terrible.

You are feeling better bc of the shitty processed sugar you have eliminated from your diet.
