To Rev: I wish you well and marriage is a wonderful thing. The only advice I will give is about raising kids. Put them to bed early, because you and momma will need "time" together. Don't let your kids sleep with you because you and momma will need "time" together.

Don't sweat the small stuff and start saving for college the day your first child is born.

Duplicate post is fitting because I'm on my second marriage.

Congratulations! I have been married to a fine woman, who is a great Mother to my children for 20 years. Everything good and worthy I have ever achieved has been with her at my side. Best of luck to you Revelator!

My youngest is already 20 so I don't have to worry about young kids. I do have 4 grand kids though! Thanks Dante

Yeah I should have just done a blanket thank you at the end, but once I began the personal thanks, I didn't want to leave anyone out because it's such a wonderful gesture. Thanks Turkey Creek

Yes, congratulations Revelator on your marriage.
May God bless you richly!

BHP, I love your suggestion and since both of my parents are deceased, what I cherish the very most are the pictures I have of them as well as my grandparents, great aunts and great uncles as well as other family members that have passed away. The video is a great treasure for the children and grandchildren.

Thanks to everyone for all the well wishes. I hope I didn't forget anyone for personal thanks?
Everything went great, the weather cooperated and it was more than I could have asked for. Presently sitting in a lovely Mexican resturaunt with my new wife overlooking the snow capped mountains of Breckenridge Colorado. Going to hit the slopes tomorrow. Thanks again all.
