i think most people get caught up in common misonceptions about fitness and nutrition....and try doing crash diets that only work in the short term. trying to go super low carbs, then pigging out on weekends because they starved themselves all week. i calculated and starting tracking my macros in January and have lost about 16 lbs.... from 185 to 169.
