You mean the Entergy office? Believe it or not, that place is occupied. It's either been recently sold or will soon be so, and there is talk of it being a train station should the BR/NOLA rail ever become a reality.

I think The Broadmoor & Merchant's Landing should be renovated if they're still structurally sound. I love it when old buildings are re-purposed.

There is a cabinet shop and a metal shop in that building.

I assume you're talking about that long building that is brick on the front. On the left if youre heading towards downtown?
