Dislocated ankle, in the Marines playing basketball went up for a rebound came down on my teammates foot my ankle rolledfoot stayed on his and my tibia and fibia smashed into the asphalt. I knew it was bad when my buddies immediately tried to keep me from looking down.

Cluster headaches. Nothing comes close to this.
I'll agree with this. All I can do is cry. Nothing makes the pain go away.

Testicular Torsion, pain so bad I would throw up if I stood up.
Had one of those as a teenager and it ranked up at the top of the list till last year. Last spring I was catching my boy up and he had a fastball get away from him. Got them crushed between the ball and the bucket. 3 hours later when no amount of painkillers would help, I hit the ER. An ultrasound showed a contusion and hematoma of my right testicle.
Broken bones, abscessed tooth, several surgeries, none of it even compares to the pain I was in from that.

How do you treat your headaches?
Sadly, there is not much you can so for cluster headaches. However I did get some anti-inflammatory meds from the urgent care which seemed to help some. I've only got them about 3 different spans that when on and off for about 2-4 days, but that is hands down the worst pain I've ever felt.
If anyone have never heard of them, look up cluster headaches and it will scare you. They are nicknamed "suicide headaches".

what did they give you? I've taken anything I can get my hands on and they will not go away. I've only had them a few times and that is a few times too many.

They told me there is no cure to make the headaches go away but taken anti inflammatory meds help with the lengthy pain. It's been over a year since I had them but I believe I took neproxen or something similar. I've heard of people keeping an oxygen bottle and mask next to their bed and use it in the middle of the night when the headaches occur. I usually wake up crying and just start running around my house like I'm crazy

I do this and just curl into the fetal position. Occasionally I'll try to hit pressure points. If I get the right one with just the right pressure, I can get about 4 seconds of relief.

Any bit of relief feels like a miracle, but this shite here is just horrible.
