Im all for the cheapest, but tastiest route. I think going through Waterfront would be too costly when we could get someone to do a couchon de lait or pot of jambalaya for much cheaper. I will talk to JSM and see what he thinks.

I agree. Just makin a suggestion.

I also think there are enough folks that would be willing to do some cooking.... That would likely make food cost isignificant.

All depends on how many people you are trying to feed... And how many times.

Im thinking one provided meal for lunchtime saturday, for about 175-200 people. A whole pig and 25 quarts of jambayala or gumbo would go a long way. We also play the Gators that day, so some gator meat would be an awesome bonus

We can have a beer can reclamation point, the cans can be recycled and the money donated. Should be enough for to buy a boat or something...

Whatever you and OB culinary pros ( Otis, Bossfloss and Balls) decide will be good. 34 has been itching to cook a pig but carrying his golf team as A player may preclude that this trip.

There was NO alcohol left in the building at the benefit.

Josey's 6'6" party animal cousin booked cabin 6 . He will have lots of fun as long as LSU beats Fla.

Waterfront usually does a sandwich spread for lunch at most torneys at BB. I doubt it will be too costly. May be worth checking on and do something else for dinner.

I suggest we do the cookin for the evening grub for those that are spending the evening.

Box lunch on the golf course for the players and available for non-golfers shouldnt be too costly or difficult.

That said, Im down for whatever. Will cook, will play golf, probably do both. White perch typically arent jumpin in the boat in early October over there - so cookin, golfin and socializin are on my agenda. In no particular order.

Doubtful, we may have to get a Georgia buggy and plop your fat arse in it.

You and I in the same cart would most certainly max out it's limits.

I've got access to a tractor with a front end loader if all else fails.
