Decker to me would be like Pierre Garcon. Decent enough alone, but looks like a great #1 option with Manning throwing him the ball. Decker should never go to a team as the #1 option because he just simply won't produce that well without those other options. Decker would be best suited as a #2 or a slower slot receiver.

Nelson is more deserving of a 3 year 13.35 mil contract. He's a legit #1. Decker is not.
