I think there is still too much unknown to start figuring the ending of this series out. Having said that last week was higher paced than the first 3 episodes combined. Crash is going to go off this week!
ETA: Much has been made of the literary references in TD. I found this article to be one of the best critiques of the use of Chambers in Lovecraft and others, as well as, TD.
Lit in TD
Also if you haven't caught this Forges article on TD, it is badass!

In.
I've never been so excited! But then again, human consciousness is a great evolutionary mistake. We were never meant to be this self aware. I think the only honorable thing for the human race to do is stop procreating, and walk hand in hand into extinction.

TD is the first show in a long time to truly engross me and my time.. I've rewatched every episode multiple times, I've dreamed about sequences and possible outcomes all the while being amazed with the acting and production...a rare find in today's fast paced entertainment world..
As far as this episode.. No idea what will unfold but I look forward to the ride

I think we are all having King in Yellow moment. Getting drawn into a play and by glimpsing at Act II, we're all going nuts.
The horrible truths about the universe are revealed which are too much handle.
I'm not sure it's only rust and Marty who's supposed to be affected by the story, the audience are also the victims of the play.

This show still sucks, they haven't gotten anywhere with the storyline and none of the characters are likable.

Two observations from the trailer:
-Billy Lee Tuttle is wearing a yellow tie and a yellow thing in his chest pocket.
-Rust has a map in his home in 2002 with murder locations pinned

There's a darkness in this show that is being so expertly crafted I'm not sure I've seen anything else quite like it.

Haven't watched yet. Is this episode better than the last?

I'm not sifting through 50+ pages to see if this has been discussed, but at the end of the trailer for episode 6, the girl says "The man with the scars, he made me watch." The guy that Rust interrogates who puts him back onto the case, the one who copped to the double homicide in the pharmacy, was VERY VERY scarred. His face was covered with what looked like badly healed boils. And then he's dead, wrists sliced on his bed frame...I wonder who he was, what was his role. I wouldn't be surprised if Rust traces him back to the guy cutting the grass at the Tuttle school...MIND BULLETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
