Gumbo Calculator Beta Release

I've been messing around with this since the recent gumbo threads. It's a work in process (no instructions yet) but I'd like some feedback. I'm not sure about all of the ratios, but with your feedback we can get this fine-tuned. I'm particularly interested in feedback on the volume estimates.
I know everyone has some must do's and some taboos about gumbo, and everybody's grandmother's method is the best ever. This is a tool to help you make better gumbo. If you don't use certain ingredients, don't include them on the calculator.

Looks like I need to make a gumbo tomorrow and put it to the test.
Will report back if I do.

Any more progress? It looks good so far.

Any suggestions?
I kind of stopped work on it because I realized everyone has their own way of doing gumbo. Whatever directions I put down would be wrong for a lot of people.
As it is, I'm thinking of doing Jambalaya Calculator T-shirts for the Gonzales Jambalaya Festival, so if anyone is willing to pay for one and wear it at the festival, contact me at stadrat (at) gmail.com. I may try to go so I can meet some of my friends on TD.
Please don't think I'm doing this for the money. The profits from the app have been minimal. It's really just a fun project for me and HeadyMurphy.

Maybe an "OPTIONAL" category. I know the love of tomatoes in gumbo on the Food and Drink Board but for those who like tomatoes in their gumbo you can still show what would be recommended if they chose that route.
I believe the ratio to be 1- 14.5 oz can of chopped tomatoes to 2 cups of okra (which is also optional to some).
Love your work...keep it up

I don't use okra, I use file' but I do use canned tomatoes and I don't care what anyone thinks. Chopped, not diced, small can per gallon.
Without going back Rat do you have lbs. of shrimp, oysters etc...for seafood gumbo?
I made one the other day with shrimp, oysters, crabs, crawfish and a big piece of red snapper, cubed, I needed to get rid of.
Need an optional potato salad calculator attached.
Eta: yeah, seafood needs to be added. I have no set amount so a guess, 2 lbs med-large shrimp per gallon, pound crabmeat per gallon, pint oysters per gallon. Just off top of my head. Probably a bit more when I make it.

I said optional. It just needs a red light/green light feature.

1 cell in there to divide the gallons into number of cups. Makes my 73 yr. old head hurt doing it in all that empty void.
