quote:

Implicitly, Dent is saying: Don’t blame politicians, the decline of manufacturing, education or cheap foreign imports for the economic stagnation that has already begun and will continue for many years. Blame your parents and grandparents for losing interest in having children back in the Sixties.

This guy makes a great point.

The author has a keen sense of what has been discussed for the past 30 years about the baby boomer generation. More fricking idiocy from millennial shite heads.

I made the economy in the 60s, 70's, & 80's. I can kill it if I want to.

It's really cute that the problems in the United States are blamed on anyone but congress.
If you want to blame it on voter apathy, fine. But the actions of the American Aristocracy for the last 50 years have been in the interests of themselves and their respective parties. The interests of the people are peripheral at best.

Women's lib and birth control, what do you expect? Oh, and self-centered material greed, but the kids now also live all of these too.

No baby boomers are not. Parents becoming lazy, selfish, over indulgent and wanting everything for themselves kills economies.

From 1810 until 1910 the birthrate in the United States decreased by FIFTY PERCENT.

Don't blame it on the baby boomers, their parents or grandparents. Go back 200 years and blame it on capitalism.
