Here is a link to the attorneys web page and his press release on this matter. The web page is, wow ummm..., indicative of his thoughts on the matter as evidenced by the image of an old auction notice for slaves and a copy of the Dred Scott decision amongst other items.
His press release is horribly worded. Not sure how or why this guy got through law school and past the Bar if he is the one who wrote it.
