Shittu picture, but this is random stuff I had in the attic from Orange Beach last year.
Super spook jr, white tri-blade buzzbait, gold spoon and black spoon, corks (probably dont need), redfish magic spinnerbait, seein spots inline spinnerbait.
Anything useful aside from the gold spoon?

Bring the spinnerbaits. I'll have a couple.

I'd pack all of the above.

I'm a fan of those spinnerbaits. They work, I just never really throw any more than a gold spoon because it's so productive for me.

I have one of the cabins at the lodge reserved from a month ago when this first got started if anyone needs a place. I have it Friday and Saturday night.

I'm off that Friday if need be. Let me know what time we're rolling.

I can see now I'm just going to have to take off that Friday. I don't want to miss any fun plus I want to be there for the "takeover".

All the water in Delacroix will be displaced when I get in the boat

Everyone just be a boss and take off Friday.

I'm likely taking off that whole week

Make sure you have some weedless gold spoons. I went to Delacroix last weekend and didn't have one cast without hitting weeds.

What weight spoons do I need? I see 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4oz.
What size weights and jigheads do I need for the cork rig?
Posted on 4/22/14 at 8:53 am to Polar Pop
I used 1/2 oz gold spoon and caught a nice red on it

Depends how you wanna fish. If you're trying to get shallow and sight fish, go with something small like a 1/4oz. Bright color baits.
If you're tying to fish with corks, 1/4 or 3/8oz is fine.
Leave the 3/4oz spoon at home. No need for that.

I will just be following lead as far as fishing style goes, I have no experience with this.
Ill pick up a few 1/2oz spoons and some jigheads.
Bluemoons, if you have extra matrix shad I would like to try them out (In honor of MJ2).
I was thinking of rigging my spinning reel (ha gay) up with the cork, spoon on baitcaster and spinnerbait, topwater, etc on another baitcaster.
