Nothing is more stupid than saying open discrimination on the basis of religion should be allowed, if not enabled, in our public schools because (the Christian) God should be in our children's lives, as if God can't be taught by parents in their own time to their own kids.

and again, like i've said in this thread a few times...this is the case of a religious student who happens to be non-christian

usually these cases are non-genuine kids who are trying to pick a fight. this case isn't

Your bullshite extrapolation included NOTHING regarding discrimination. The OP absolutely does. Your post does not. In fact by extension, your post implies satisfaction with reverse discrimination.
