$5 is a really solid tip for a regular pizza order. I wouldn't feel obligated to go over that, and I probably wouldn't go over $7 for a regular non catering order. The weather tonight really doesn't make any difference.

Where you finding anybody delivering tonight? I had the same thought and all places are carry-out only tonight.

I worked at Dominoes in college. Proceed with caution especially if you are a repeat customer. I had a Jeep and would deliver in winter storms when nobody else did but you best believe if someone stiffed me on a night when they were too pussy to leave home there would be retribution.

I worked at the Bob Petit Dominos (LSU tigerland area) for the first four months of '99.
There was a guy right down the street on Jennifer Jean who would really do that, or offer it. He also ordered like four times a week.

I thought it was good money for back then. I had the PJ '90 Prelude special, and would deliver to the worst tippers. College students. Lowest I got was $.15. Most would give a buck or two, the hotels near the interstate would give more.

I was paid $6.00 hr , plus $.50 per order, plus tips. It wasn't that bad. Just drove around in your car, and did dishes at night.

I did it in college as well.

I could easily make 100-150 dollars a night. Was good money back then

Before you stiff the pizza guy remember that he already has your phone number and address, a quick search on the county property appraiser website gives them your full name.

One of my favorite jobs. I liked it because I could go work the Friday and Saturday rush and still get out in time to hit the bars. Make $60 in cash for driving around listening to music for three hours then go party.

Snowmageddon 2014. I figured the poor chap is risking his life and limb to bring me a tasty pizza pie, wings, and that cookie pie thing.

Typically, I'd say about 4 or 5 dollars (if unless the order is huge), but yeah, you should give him a bit of a bonus for working tonight.

I gave the delivery guy 10 bucks for delivering at lunch today. I felt bad b/c it was sleeting when he walked up to my door.

I always tip like 50% when it rains for the inconvenience. I know it's their job but whatever.
