Good yet overrated as fck. No reason there should be an hour wait every single day at the one in NOLA.

Eta: food is average to below average, drinks are great, atmosphere great

Not to beat a dead horse but this one isn't opening in New Orleans.. big difference in the context here.

If it's anything like the one in NOLA, it's going to be packed as hell all the time, especially during happy hour. Good food, though.

I feel like some people on here downplay the importance of drinks and atmosphere.

That place will print money. It's not a bad place if you don't have to wait. Go early or late.

Agreed. Walkons gets a lot of hate on here but it's a fun place to go before an LSU sporting event regardless of how bad the food is.

Food isn't great but they have pretty good tacos. Better than most of the crap in the city. The real reason this place works is that women love it so guys follow.

I don't think Martin's gets a shite load of business at any one time. They will be ok.

Made this one redundant.

I wish I was a partner in the BR Rum House. I can't imagine the money they will make.

Where are they going up? Any nearby competitors worried?

It's a little better than that. Seriously. Not fantastic food but they have some good things on the menu.

Yeah, but I do everything I can to avoid the crowds.
