Would you rather have Jim Harbaugh or Sean Payton as your head coach?

Much rather would have Paytons personality but I would pick Harbaugh overall. But he is a major jackass

either would be a great choice.

I think Harbaugh is slightly more well rounded, and has a better front office/eye for talent

I'd take Sean Payton over both those guys.

Harbaugh. I don't get why people say he is a major jackass.
I don't understand why people say Rivers is a jackass. I just don't see what events happened to lead people to these conclusions.

I agree with teh well rounded part, but the Saints have found some pretty obscure talent under Payton's watch too.

He's becoming less and less of a jackass now that he's getting humbled a bit.

harbaugh is winning with an already loaded team.
payton rebuilt this franchise.

offensively, yes. That have become products of a great system

If payton had niners defense past 3 years, we would have won another super bowl.

They're equal at best on "eye for talent"

It would depend on my roster
Paytons hate for the run game consistency would scare me a bit.

that's kind of my point. Saints have drafted terribly on defense under payton

Harbaugh took a 4-12 team to the NCF championship in his first year

I believe in a inverse correlation between a pass happy offense and the productivity of their defense

Very true. We've missed more often than not on 1st round picks it seems like too.
