call the police and let them handle it
they will knock on neighbors door and explain that the car can be towed if they authorize it.
It is illegal to block a entrance into a roadway

If she's blocking your drive way, have her towed- simple as that!
Easy solution. You warned her several times and shes apparently an idiot. Tow her arse, then take a pic for the OT!

She's not hot, IWNHI.
Yes, it's a subdivision. I live in a shitty little garden home. I'm OT poor.
I'm pretty sure it is illegally parked. A friend of mine hit a parked car on the street and the person who was parked had to pay for all damages because they were facing the wrong direction.

This reeks of an urban legend.

Yep just get it towed. She's just going to continue to ignore you until there is some sort of consequence. Teenage girls don't give a frick about anyone else, especially when the person isn't going to hold them accountable (or they are a fat chick)

Cops will come and give her a ticket if you call. In some places, you can tell them to tow her also
When I worked on section 8 houses in New Orleans, there would sometimes be abandoned cars on the property. We'd just push them into the street and call the city and tell them there was a car just parked in the street. It would be towed in a few hours

Jam raw shrimp down her intake vent in front of her windshield.

That's fricking inexcusable. Why doesn't she block their driveway ? I bet that thing is wide open right now.

True story. Totaled her car (old accord) and they had to pay.
I'm at work now, but next time, it's getting towed. I hate to do it, I know she probably doesn't have the money to get it out. But I sure as hell don't want to back into it and be responsible for the damage.

There has got to be more to it than she was just facing the wrong way. There is no way that alone removed all of your friend's liability.

Their driveway is pretty full. But on the other side of me is an empty lot. More than enough room to park.

I don't know, that's just what I was told. Maybe she left out some details because she was embarrassed?
Posted on 1/21/14 at 7:22 am to DownSouthDave
Just knock on the door and have her move the car.

Yea, I'm guessing so. I'd be pretty embarrassed about hitting a parked car, regardless of what direction it was facing.

That's annoying as frick and would seriously piss me off.

When this happened to me, I called the towing company, and they said they can't come out and tow people for blocking a driveway unless BRPD or EBRSD called them. So I called BRPD, and they came said, "You can't get out of your driveway, right?" So, I was like, "Well, I can kinda squeeze..." and they said, "You can't get out of your driveway RIGHT?" Then they towed her.

Go knock on the door and ask her to move it if it's in your way.
Posted on 1/21/14 at 7:26 am to DownSouthDave
Woman logic. I will never understand it.

I left her a note saying she will be towed next time and if I hit her, she is responsible for the damages.

I'd go knock on the neighbors door when I was ready to leave for work, even if it were at 5 am. They won't like having to get up to tell her to move.
This. Unless she's hot. Then tell her she can park in your driveway if you can park in hers.
